About Vinyasa yoga

In Vinyasa yoga, movements in and out of postures are linked to our breathing, fostering a deep physical relaxation and calmness. When practised correctly, the breathing offers a strong support to going deeper into postures.

With a balanced breath in Vinyasa yoga, the heart rate is regulated, the mind is present, and the body is able to let go. With each inhalation, we bring life-force or energy into the body and with each exhalation, we release tension, stress and toxins while easing deeper into our postures.
